Mrs. Monica Murphy

Teacher Assistant

With extensive experience in both administrative roles and community outreach, Monica brings a diverse set of skills to her position at Benjamin Franklin Academy.  Since October 2017, she has supported BryMon Enterprises in Dunbarton, NH, which includes multiple family businesses. Her responsibilities have included bookkeeping, managing day-to-day operations, and handling communication through phone calls, Google business page management, and social media updates.

Additionally, Monica has been an invaluable member of Shiloh Community Church in Manchester, NH, where she served as an Administrative Assistant and assisted the Children’s Director with educational programs. Her experience extended to managing newsletters, coordinating volunteer schedules through online platforms, and overseeing social media presence for the church’s programs.

In her past roles, Monica worked as a customer service representative at Concepts in Benefits, Inc. and New Hampshire Interlocal Trust, where she honed her skills in claims processing, customer service, and data management. Her background also includes experience as an Activities Coordinator for adults with mental illness, where she provided essential support for independent living and facilitated outings for clients.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Evangel University in Springfield, MO, Monica brings a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented approach to everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, running, and participating in her faith community.
